BBC INSIDE OUT AT WEIR WOOD

On 4th February 2010 well know BBC weather presenter Kaddy Lee-Preston visited Weir Wood as part of her walk along the Meridian line from Greenwich to the coast.

The Meridian line cuts right through the lake from the north to south shore and after some arduous training with Commodore Tony Carter (tough work but someone has to do it) she sailed successfully along the line beforecontinuing her walk to Lewis.

The programme was aired on 22nd February.
